Easter with Grandma and Grandpa

We had a wonderful Easter! My parents came down for the weekend, the weather was perfect, and we had a great time. We walked at the park and let Drew swing. We played Baggo outside while Drew explored the yard and played with his Easter eggs, leaves, and his new wagon and garden tools. He's getting much better at walking on the uneven ground outside - I'll have to catch that on video later. On Easter we walked at another park -and Drew slept through most of it! But he woke up just in time to meet some dogs on their way to the dog park. We stood and watched all the dogs playing - I'd never actually seen a dog park. A guy with two American Bulldogs stopped and let us pet them - very cute!! I think Drew liked them too! At night, after Drew went to bed, we played some Wii and "went bowling" - lots of fun! Although, I think the most fun thing out of the whole weekend (at least for Drew!) was the wagon rides down our hill!! Here's a video - and listen for Drew's giggling all the way down!!

Here's a picture to show just how far down he travels! Hope Grandpa stops him before he goes in the road! This little guy is a dare devil and wanted more, more, more!

Of course, they had to keep dragging him back UP the hill too!

Here he is playing with his Easter eggs in the yard. They were such a hit - we might have to keep them out a little past Easter!

Here's my parents and Chad playing Baggo - very fun game!

Drew playing with his Grandma!

He looked pretty cute in his shirt my parents brought him. And he really liked the garden rake they brought - anything to play in the dirt with!

Here's Drew on Easter morning discovering his new train set! (Thank you to Victor and Vicky for giving it to us - he loves it!!)

Here's Drew walking at the park with Grandpa. He wants to walk EVERYWHERE now! He looks so little in this picture!

Thanks Mom and Dad for spending Easter with us! Good byes are so much harder now with Drew around - he misses his grandma and grandpa already!! (Simon was acting odd today - I think he misses you too!)
